Cracking Furnace

The cracking tube in the cracking furnace is the main site for R142b cracking reaction, and its main function is to provide the required heat for cracking through the radiation of the cracking furnace resistance wire. By optimizing the design, hot spots on the tube wall are prevented and reasonable residence time is controlled;

The waste heat recovery heat exchanger is used to recover the heat of high-temperature cracking gas. The R142b feed gas at around 50 ℃ is heated to around 300 ℃, and the design of the recovery heat exchanger should pay attention to thermal stress cracking and carbon accumulation collection;

The function of the quencher further cools the cracked gas to around 60 ℃ through circulating water, and the design of the quencher prevents tar from accumulating in the outlet pipeline
